Our Coirón Restaurant specializes in unique flavors from the end of the world, creatively blending modern gastronomy with traditional dishes from Chilean Patagonia. Our chef uses fresh products that go literally from the garden to your plate. Our large garden produces a solid portion of the food we proudly serve. Breakfast has a wide variety and our lunches and dinners are à la carte, suitable for all tastes and preferences. The presentation of each dish is an art in itself!

Taking advantage of our location in the heart of the Park, our restaurant features huge windows so you can observe endemic birds and other wildlife that play in their habitat or come to our garden to rest. Many nights, you’ll look out the big windows to see horses grazing, foxes running, and, if you’re lucky, even a puma strolling by!

Cocktails, craft beer and conversation
After all the emotion of the sights you took in, a long day hiking or horseback riding, or even when capping off a day of rest, the best panorama is sitting on comfortable sofas in front of large windows with incredible views and reminiscing with your loved ones or friends.

Pisco Sours are the traditional Chilean cocktail, and in Patagonia it has a special twist. Try a Calafate Sour, made from the fruit of the endemic bush called “Calafate”. All sours are served with a sprig of mint from our very own regenerative kitchen garden. We also serve prize-winning original cocktails made from Chilean pisco and other quality liquors.

If it’s a craft beer kind of night, make sure to try our “Pionera”, which is fermented in the little cabin right outside the Bar. We offer a full selection of regional, national, and premium beers, wines, and spirits.
