World-class master chef Nobuyuki ‘Nobu’ Matsuhisa expands his eponymous empire with his first restaurant in Africa. His innovative blend of classically styled Japanese cuisine incorporates South African seafood and indigenous spices. The upper level Nobu Lounge features a selection of Sakes, plum wines, Japanese beers and Sake and Shochu based cocktails. A sweeping fan-like staircase leads to the dining room and sushi counter, which is framed by a textured, translucent origami light that glides along the ceiling. No stranger to international culinary influences, Nobu gives classical Japanese cuisine a contemporary twist. Omakase means from the Chefs Heart – as our guest you will experience a special menu designed to your tastes by our Nobu head chef. Nobu is open to guests and day visitors daily from 18.00 - 23.00

Situated in the centre of the lobby at the resort is Vista Bar & Lounge which, as its name suggests,

offers incredible panoramic views of Table Mountain. Vista serves a selection of creative light snacks and offers an Afternoon Tea daily, with sweet pleasures from the patisserie and a wide selection of teas from around the world. At night, Vista transforms into a sophisticated bar offering an array of wines and cocktails. In Vista Bar & Lounge, guests can enjoy Breakfast from 06.00 to 11.00. All day dining served from 12.00 - 22.00, Afternoon Tea 14.00 - 17.00 and a Signature South African Menu from 18.00 - 22.00. A full beverage menu is also available from 11.00 - 23.00.

Located on one of the lush private islands, Isola restaurant offers fresh lights meals inspired by summer; including salads, wraps, and poke bowls as well as a unique selection of cocktails to make the poolside experience even more memorable. Isola is open to residents only from 12.00 to 17.00. Poolside service is available from 07.00 - 19.00.

With almost 700 references, One&Only Cape Town features one of the most balanced and diverse wine collections on the continent. The Wine Studio is a sleek and sophisticated space showcasing a sampling of the resort’s impressive offering and is where guests of the resort can discover sensational wine journeys such as the Sip & Savour and Wine Blending experiences. The space is also open daily to all between 4pm-7pm for walk-ins and the chance to interact with Resort Head Sommelier, Luvo Ntezo, over a glass of wine as well as to visitors who have booked a special Afternoon Tea experience with MCC Tasting.

The Wine Studio is further available as a private dining room and provides the perfect canvas for hosting a range of celebrations from cocktail parties to formal dinners.
