Meals are thoughtfully prepared by our professional chef who leverages the Amazon’s bounty while sourcing premium, specialty ingredients across the country to create fresh, healthy epicurean feasts. Our food philosophy is the “1-Mile Diet”. Many of the fruits, vegetables and superfoods on our menu at Minga Lodge are sourced from the 173-acre working farm across the Rio Napo.
Family-style meals feature both Western favorites and Ecuadorian specialties.
