We have our own organic garden that covers all of the kitchen’s requirements, and we share the rest with the community We have a carefully selected collection of national wines, mostly from independent wineries and innovative winemakers. Our sommelier works closely with the kitchen to offer the best pairings for each dish. Our bar works with master distillers and local spirits to create innovative cocktail recipes.
