Espiritu Xantus Cafe
Espiritu Xantus Cafe is widely considered one of the best restaurants in the vicinity of La Paz, a feat made all the more remarkable when you consider that they are creating all that magic in a 10x12 tent with a 3 burner stove! Our chefs buy fish right at the island from the Puppos, 81 and 91 year old brothers who have a fishing camp one bay over from Camp Cecil. Meals include cold breakfast, hot breakfast, lunch, dinner and daily happy hour as well.
