MAKING A BOOKING

Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days, and can be a little flexible if necessary. All Reservations are made by email and are only confirmed upon receipt of a 20% non refundable deposit of the total amount quoted. Mobile Expeditions Ltd may, at its discretion, not honor a booking if payment has not been received. Full payment is due no less than 60 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellations will only be effective on receipt of a written notification to Mobile Expeditions Ltd.

Cancellation received:

• From confirmation of a booking to 90 days prior to arrival 20% of the total value of the booking will be forfeited.

• From 89 days to 46 days prior to arrival 50% of the total value of the booking will be forfeited.

• From 45 days to arrival 100% of the total value of the booking will be forfeited. Cancellation during stay 100% of the total value of the booking will be forfeited.

PRICE VARIATIONS

In the event of an increase in taxes, levies and any other statutory charges, or any other input costs, we reserve the right to make amendments to the rates accordingly.

REFUNDS

Mobile Expeditions Ltd has the right at any time and at their discretion to cancel or make alterations to any accommodation or excursion that poses a risk due to weather, political unrest, or any other cause. Any extra expense arising out of the cancellation or alteration of accommodation or excursion will fall to the guests and/or their agent.
