11 Days Kruger Wildlife & Mozambique Beaches - 11MO1

Day 1: Mluwati Concession

Step back in time and enjoy your very own Out of Africa styled safari. Hamiltons Tented Camp offers a unique opportunity to experience an African Safari from a bygone era. You will find the old world charm is only exceeded by the game viewing. The camp takes its name from James Stevenson Hamilton, one of the architects of the Kruger National Park. The camp is built entirely of canvas on

wooden platforms, set amidst beautiful Jackalberry and Sausage trees, on the banks of the Nwatswitsonto River. Guests can enjoy spectacular game viewing right from their private decks.

Hamiltons is situated on one of the first private concessions in the Kruger National Park, the Mluwati Concession. They have worked tirelessly to ensure the future and sustainability of this pristine wilderness and safe haven for the wildlife. Visitors will enjoy sightings of an extraordinary variety of wildlife, birdlife and plant life.

Game drives are done in open safari vehicles to allow for a sense of freedom. All game drives are led by qualified field guides that share their knowledge of the bush so visitors can enjoy the smaller intricacies of the bush.

Enjoy three nights’ accommodation at Hamiltons Tented Camp on a fully inclusive basis (three meals per day and selected drinks).

Experience you first sights and sounds of Mozambique during the 90-minute road transfer to White Pearl Resort.

Nestled in a sheltered bay, White Pearl Resort is poised amongst the dunes on timber stilts to make the most of the beautiful views out over the Indian Ocean and endless, untouched beach. The stilt structures have been sensitively designed to protect the fragile ecosystems beneath. Enjoy one of Mozambique’s iconic cocktails, the R&R, whilst you relax at the glamorous beach bar or stretch out on one of the oversized day beds.

For those that need more than beach views, spa treatments and sun bathing, White Pearl offers a diverse selection of activities to keep you entertained for days on end. The Ponta Mamoli area is well known for the wild dolphin pods that regularly visit snorkelers on Ocean Safaris and scuba divers often report back on the shark sightings at the popular dive spots.
