On arrival at Entebbe airport, you will be met air side and assisted through immigration and luggage collection.
You are then transferred to The Lake Victoria Serena Hotel a drive of about 45 minutes.
Late this afternoon you enjoy a sundowner cruise on Lake Victoria.

This morning, you will be transferred to Entebbe airport and connect with a scheduled flight to Kasese airstrip.
On arrival you will be collected by your driver who will transfer you to Ndali lodge.
The lodge is a perfect place for a weekend retreat, to relax by our pool, enjoy our sauna and massages, do yoga on our yoga pagoda, or simply recharge and watch the abundant flora and fauna, a good selection of which can be seen from the verandas of both the lodge and the cottages.

After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to the park headquarters to meet your ranger and have the briefing to prepare for the chimp trekking experience.
In the morning the chimpanzees are coming out of the nests and having breakfast. This gives you the best chance for taking pictures and watching them close.
Chimpanzee trekking in Kibale takes you to one of Uganda’s most visited parks. Kibale National Park is found in the western part of Uganda in the districts of Kibale and Kabarole. The park was established in 1995 to protect the forest and stop illegal logging but over the years, chimpanzees have become a key attraction. The park is close to the Rwenzori mountains, Queen Elizabeth National Park and the Semuliki National Park. Kibale is referred to as the primate’s capital of the world because of the sheer variety/density of primates and for being the best place to trek chimpanzees in East Africa.
After an hour with the chimps, you head back to the headquarters where you meet your driver and transfer to the lodge and spend the afternoon at leisure

Today you transfer to Kasese airstrip for a scheduled flight to Kihihi airstrip.
On arrival you will be met and transferred to Buhoma area, which is about an hour drive.
Buhoma Lodge, an intimate and charming property that commands spectacular and uninterrupted views of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park, home to the rare and elusive Mountain Gorilla. One of only two lodges situated within the National Park, within a short walking distance from the meeting point for gorilla tracking and other activities in the Buhoma area. An elevated central area, complete with lounge, bar and dining area, offers a cosy, comfortable environment to discuss the day’s activities around the fireplaces which add atmosphere and warmth in the cool evenings.

Wake up and prepare for today's unforgettable experience!
7.00am - After an early breakfast transfer to the park headquarters for your gorilla trek briefing.
Set off into the forest in the footsteps of the Mountain Gorillas. You will be led by experienced gorilla trackers on the slopes of the volcanoes. You will start from the site where the gorillas were encountered the day before and from here the gorilla tracking begins. It is a humbling experience to stand just meters from man’s distant cousins as they eat rest, play and bond with their young.
Follow the mountain gorillas as they range freely in the impenetrable forest, and discover their gorgeous natural habitual and the many species they share it with. You are allowed an hour with the gorillas.
Head back to Buhoma Lodge for a well deserved lunch and rest.

Take a walk through Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park. This walk is beautiful and can be exhaustive, it takes 3-7 hours long but is very rewarding.
We have choosen the shorter walk so that you will be picked up at Nteko and transfer to the Lodge.
You will need to carry your day use items as the luggage will only arrive in the evening.

7.00am - After an early breakfast, transfer to the park headquarters for your second gorilla trek.
Once you have allocated the gorillas spend a magical hour with them and trek back down and head back to Buhoma Lodge for a well deserved rest and lunch.
Spend the afternoon at your leisure either at the lodge or enjoy a spa treatment or visit the local village.

After an early breakfast, you transfer to Kisoro airstrip for a flight to Entebbe Airport.
On arrival you will be met and check-in for your home bound flight and depart Africa.
