Day 1: Maun

On arrival at Maun Airport, you are met and transferred to your country lodge where you can recover from your international flight before starting the safari.

Days 2 - 4: Okavango Delta

Fly into to Okavango Delta, 3 nights land-based camp, Sanctuary Baines Camp, Fully Inclusive

Today you return to Maun Airport for your seat in light charter flight to a predominantly land-based camp for 3 nights at Baines Camp. The Okavango Delta is Africa’s largest and most beautiful oasis – an isolated, lush green paradise with some of the richest wildlife in the world. It is a maze of waterways, lagoons, vast grassy plains with palm-fringed wooded islands.

It is also home to a wide array of animals and birds. At your water-based camp, game viewing is predominantly by motorboat, as well as game walks with an experienced and armed guide on the delta’s islands. The evocative mokoro trips are in shallower waters, water levels permitting.

Days 5 - 6: Moremi Game Reserve

2 nights Seasonal Water Camp, Sanctuary Chief’s Island, Fully Inclusive

Today you are transferred by light aircraft to an Okavango seasonal water camp for your next 2 nights.

The Moremi Game Reserve forms the eastern boundary of the Okavango Delta. The Moremi is known for its predators, both of the mammal and feathered variety.  Sanctuary Chief's Camp lies on Chief’s Island within a private concession of the Moremi Game Reserve. This is an area of unsurpassed predator sightings with a breeding pack of wild dog nearby, plenty of lion, cheetah and leopard.

Days 7 - 8: Savuti - Chobe National Park

Fly to the Savute area, 2 nights at Savute Safari Lodge, Fully Inclusive

Today you fly north to the Savute area of southern Chobe. This picturesque, diverse landscape brings lush grasslands in some areas and desert-like stretches of land dotted with camelthorn trees in other areas.

The Savuti grasslands provide the best game viewing in Africa, with one of the highest concentrations of wildlife, through all seasons.

Days 9 - 10: Chobe River Front

Head to Chobe National Park, 2 nights Chobe Chilwero, Fully Inclusive

Next you head to the Chobe river by the Chobe National park. Activities in the Chobe river area include game drives in open 4x4 vehicles in the Chobe National Park as well as romantic boat cruises down the river which doubles as another form of game-viewing. 

Game-viewing in the Chobe National Park remains good throughout the year. Naturally, it peaks in the dry season when huge herds of up to 500 or more elephants congregate to drink from the Chobe River. Lion are common in the Chobe National Park, with buffalo, cheetah and an amazing variety of antelope often sighted.

Day 11: Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe)

Transfer to Victoria Falls River Lodge, 2 nights, Full Board & Activities

Today you are transferred into Zimbabwe to stay two nights by the Zambezi river at Victoria Falls River Lodge. 

The Victoria Falls known as one of the Seven Wonders of the World, is a sight not to be missed. The clouds of spray generated by this thunderous descent have resulted in a lush rain forest and the most spectacular views of the Falls are seen.
