The Heinitzburg offers 16 spacious generously appointed en-suite rooms, each individually decorated, leaving no two rooms looking the same. Each room has individual air-conditioning / heating unit, direct telephone, electronic safe, mini bar, flat screen TV with satellite channels. The superior deluxe rooms have a bath with integrated showers, whilst the deluxe rooms all have a walk in shower.
At the hotel's serene garden, guests are welcome to relax in a private atmosphere whilst enjoying the refreshing swimming pool (heated in winter).
Hotel Heinitzburg has a variety of dining outlets. There's the gourmet restaurant overlooking the skyline of the city while serving varied cuisine ranging from local to international dishes. The Kalahari Red Dunes Lodge is situated in a vlei among the dunes on the western edge of the Kalahari, where the expansive Karoo desert meets the first red dunes of the Kalahari desert. This intimate lodge features uniquely and lovingly designed suites, each offering ample space and privacy. Guests are welcomed in a spacious reception building, and from there, a wooden walkway leads to the main building, which houses a restaurant with a cozy fireplace, a bar, an inviting lounge, and the "Kalahari Lounge" that boasts a fine selection of whiskey and hosts a billiard table. Additionally, there is a pool with a shaded area and comfortable loungers at the heart of the vlei.
Guests are encouraged to explore the Kalahari desert by following the well-marked hiking trails, biking, or participating in nature drives offered in the morning or afternoon.

Positioned on the edge of a 250-metre high dune, Dune Camp has the most extraordinary views across the Namibrand reserve. The main areas are spread out across a series of interlocking decks ensuring that the lounge, dining area and tea room all enjoy views across the endless dune landscape to the mountains beyond. The tented and wooden structures are designed for the desert. The canvas sides can all be opened up capturing the cool breeze in the hot summer months, and in winter keeping you warm when the canvas sides are rolled down.

Dead Valley Lodge is situated next to the main entrance gate inside the Namib-Naukluft National Park, between the Sesriem campsite and Elim Dune on the way to the world famous Sossusvlei and the Dead Vlei.
