Namaqualand is known for its spring flowers, rare succulents, unique indigenous plants, rich history, hospitality, unreal rock formations and the Richtersveld. Daisy Country Lodge has magnificent views overlooking the Koppies and valleys and is truly an oasis in this dry desert area. The lodge is situated 4km outside of Springbok in the heart of the Namaqualand on 25 hectares of land.

Occupying an impressive position on the dry Nossob river bed, the camp is particularly well noted for its seasonal migrations of desert herbivores, such as blue wildebeest and red hartebeest, as well as the ever-trailing predators, yielding exciting hunts and game viewing from the camp.
All South African restcamps are simple low-key affairs and Twee Rivieren is no different. There's a choice of accommodation from simple cottages with two single beds and a sleeper couch (for children under 12 years) and en suite bathroom (with shower); to larger three and four-bed family cottages with one bedroom, living area and shower room; to some

Situated high up on a red sand dune, overlooking a waterhole in the dry bed of the ancient Auob River, the Kalahari Tented Camp welcomes you to capture the spirit of the land of thirst. This exclusive getaway boasts 15 desert tents each decorated with rustic finishes using wood, sand and canvas exteriors all in the resonate colours of the park. The tent camp is 3 km from the Mata-Mata Rest Camp where Kalahari Tent Camp residents can refuel and get basic supplies at the shop. !Xaus Lodge is situated in the Northern Cape and located in The Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park treaty between South Africa and Botswana. !Xaus means "heart" in the Nama language and was so named by the visiting Bushman in the area.
The lodge offers a remote and tranquil wilderness experience as well as the unique opportunity to interact with members of the Bushman community and experience young Bushman demonstrating traditional activities.
!Xaus Lodge has a central building with 12 individual chalets located around it. Each chalet has its own deck which offers you the amazing views of this peaceful and amazing landscape. The central lodge overlooks a vast salt pan and waterhole fed with fresh water. A boma creates the perfect atmosphere for evening dinners, which are traditional meals prepared by the Mier community.
After your game drive you can experience the Kalahari night sky, an experience not to be missed. The Kgalagadi is renowned for its gemsbok and black-maned lion, many animals are to be seen like eland, the shy Steenbok. Predators to be found in the park include leopard, cheetah, hyena (brown and spotted), black-backed jackal, Cape fox, caracal and the African wild cat, among others.
