Yellow Aloe Guesthouse is a lovely guesthouse right in the heart of Clanwilliam, opposite the museum and information office and a short walk from everything. It has an atmosphere of restful tranquility with lovely mountain views.

In the main public areas, you will find wi-fi access, flat screen TV and the dining room with cappuccino machine. Yellow Aloe Guesthouse has a coffee shop which offers a full English breakfast and light meals throughout the day. Relax in the garden with its sparkling swimming pool and views overlooking the Cedarberg mountains.

The guesthouse comprises the original homestead as well as the Thatch Cottage and The Longhouse.  Accommodation is offered in three different buildings. All the rooms are air-conditioned with percale linen and flat screen TVs.

The main homestead at Yellow Aloe has three light and airy en suite bedrooms with old wooden floors and period features.

The Thatch Cottage  is slightly more modern, with four rooms and its own private swimming pool and garden. Two bedrooms are en suite. Whilst the other two (fairly small) rooms share a bathroom and are ideal for families with small children.

Dating back to 1810, the Long House is a historic thatch-roofed house, which is one of the oldest buildings in Clanwilliam. It offers an old-world elegance and charm with five en suite bedrooms all opening onto a vine-covered terrace. This in turn overlooks the garden and a second swimming pool.
