Cano Negro Lodge is located on a 2 million acre reserve area, in the middle of the Bolivian Amazon. The lodge is able to house up to 8 anglers at a time, and boasts four comfortable, air conditioned bungalows with option for double occupancy.
Fishing is excellent in this little piece of heaven in the jungle, with the option of lagoon fishing, river fishing, spin casting, bait casting and fly-fishing.
Guests to the accommodation are able to relax and enjoy the picturesque surroundings and abundant wildlife, sighting macaws, parrots, storks, geese and ducks, as well as unique animal species such as jaguar, tapir, white tail deer, black caiman and capybara in their native environment.
Cano Negro Lodge is owned and operated by Roberto Aponte who has added new, larger generators and air-conditioning as well as his high standards so now Cano Negro will compete with any lodge in the Amazon Jungles of South America.
