Camp Warda is operated by SVS Chad, they have been exploring and learning about this area for over 30 years establishing long relationships with local communities and finding the most incredible places within this vast and un explored part of Africa which gives us a glimpse into what life in the Sahara was like when it was a much wetter environment before drying out to how we know it today. A fascinating and spectacular place to explore.
The camp has large walk in tents with standard beds and a shared bathroom and toilet facility. It is all basic but comfortable and fits perfectly with its environment giving it the lightest touch, in this fragile and special place.
