Chobe Savanna Lodge
Safari Chalets
The lodge has 13 safari chalets total, two of which can be booked as an interleading safari chalet for guests travelling with family or company (2 connected safari chalets with two separate entrances). All, including the interleading safari option, are en suite, have private viewing decks, and can be configured as twin or double.
The safari chalets are slightly raised on wooden platforms, and the new glass-fronted design invites guests to step out onto the private viewing deck to enjoy the setting and vistas. Both the structure and design foster an indoor-outdoor experience that feels equally connected to the elements and cradled in comfort.
Each en suite bathroom includes an indoor shower, single vanity, and tall windows that draw in natural light. The chalets are generously spaced and thoughtfully refurbished, ensuring absolute privacy that honours and respects the environment, and provides a peaceful haven for guests.
Natural textures and tones of the region are woven throughout, grounding each space in its setting. Thoughtful touches—from a beautiful writing desk to quiet corners for rest—enhance the experience, while practical comforts such as a ceiling fan and air-conditioning, mosquito net, and eco-friendly toiletries allow guests to fully relax and settle into the rhythm of the bush.
