Conditions
Base price is for the first 6 guests, extra adults are charged at $550.00 pppn off-peak and $750.00 pppn during Peak. Extra children are charged at $275.00 pppn off-peak and $375.00pppn during peak.
CHILDREN 0-3 years free of charge, 4-15 years as above, 16 years and over charged at adult rates. Age at time of visiting.
MINIMUM STAY 3 nights off peak and 5 nights peak season
DEPOSIT 25% required to secure bookings
