• Rates are inclusive of 15% VAT and statutory 2% tourism levy.
• Full payment must be received at least 30 days before arrival.
• All Credit Card paymetns will incur a 3% admin fee.
• All bank charges are for the account of the payor.

Cancellation Policy:

• The cancellation policy is charged as follows:
• Cancellations made 0 - 14 days before travel: 100% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made 15 - 28 days before travel: 70% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made 29 - 59 days before travel: 50% cancellation fee
• Cancellations made 60 - 90 days before travel: 20% cancellation fee

Children’s Policy: 

• Children 12 and under are charged at 50% of adult rate. 
• Children over 12 are charged at the full adult rate. 
• All children under 3 will be accommodated free of charge when sharing with a paying guest.
