We request a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits can be made in a few ways. 

You can either drop cash in town in a sealed envelope with your name and Farmhouse written on it at the veterinary surgery on Josiah Tongogara between 14th and 15th in Bulawayo or you can do bank transfer. 

We can also accept online credit card payments or we can send you a prompt to pay with USD Ecocash or USD One money. Online payments will attract a surcharge.

Once your deposit has been paid the booking is confirmed and should not be changed.

Quoted prices are subject to change unless a deposit has been paid.   

Once the deposit is paid, this is confirmation of your booking.  

To secure the rates we require a $100 deposit (or 20% for large/commercial groups) within 30 days from quote.

Balance of the payment should be done in full before 14 days of arrival unless you are paying hard cash on arrival.

Cancelation fees 25% up to 60-46 days, 

50% up to 45-15 days, 

75% less than 14-5 days,

100% less than 5 days.
