Restaurant "El Casco": the art of good eating.

Our Chef Gabriel Salinas, with his talent and creativity, and the traditional warmth of our Staff, make our Restaurant a must in the gastronomic circuit of Bariloche. The menu of the Restaurant "El Casco" is renewed in the Winter and Summer seasons, using the fresh regional ingredients of the time.

The search for attractive flavors, the attention to every detail and the use of ingredients personally chosen with exacting quality standards make each dish a truly good time to repeat.

The room has a 180 degree view of the imposing Nahuel Huapi Lake and is decorated with paintings by one of the most renowned realist painters in the world: Juan Lascano.

It complements a wine cellar that stores a wide variety of wines and sparkling wines to accompany our signature cuisine. It has a separate entrance and is open to the general public.

In addition to offering proposals for noon or night, it has an exquisite pastry for breakfast, vegetarian options, gluten-free and for children.
