• Minimum stay of 2 nights
• Room Rates are per person per night sharing in USD
• For conversion to ZMW or EUR use the exchange rate of the day
• 50% Deposit required to confirm the booking
• Bookings will be deemed provisional until deposit is received
• The balance between the deposit and the total invoice value must be received at least 30 days prior to the arrival date
• Please use the invoice number and booking name as the payment reference
• Proof of Payment should be e-mailed to: info@kasabushi.com, detaling the company name, booking name, date of payment and amount paid
• Credit card facilities are not available 
• No refunds
• We have a 'No fee date change' Policy in place in case of any travel disruptions, depending on availibility
• Bookings can be postponed/ changed with at least 14 days notice prior to the reservation day and thereafter valid for 6 months
• Rates may be adjusted for any price variation and are subject to change
• In the event of any error/ miscalculation appearing on the quote or booking form Kasabushi Camp reserves the right to correct such error and to invoice in accordance with the advertised rates
• All guests are required to sign an indemnity form on arrival at the lodge.
