The Bush Boma is Longhill Reserve's open-air dining venue, where guests gather fireside each evening as the waterhole settles for the night. Set menus draw on Eastern Cape flavours and are served beneath the open sky, with breakfast, lunch and dinner all prepared by the Longhill team. All meals and local-brand drinks are included in every stay, so there is nothing to settle at the end of the evening.
