Guided walking safaris are offered year-round and are included in the rate. Accompanied by a knowledgeable and certified walking guide, who carries a rifle for safety, guests have the opportunity to experience the bush at its most intimate, tracking wildlife and learning about animal spoor, local flora and birdlife, while encountering wildlife on foot from a safe distance. Walks can depart directly from camp or begin from a game drive vehicle and are seamlessly integrated into the daily activity experience. Advance booking is not required; however, guests must be physically capable of undertaking this excursion.
