Umutuzo Lodge - Restaurant & Bar
In the same spirit as the whole Umutuzo lodge project, the restaurant offer healthy and organic food.
The majority of fruits and vegetables come from the organic vegetable garden.
Fish caught at night in Lake Kivu (Isambaza, Tilapia, Captain, ...) are provided and selected by the chef every morning.
The meats (chicken, beef, rabbit, goat, mutton, ...) come from animals raised at Umutuzo lodge or provided by local suppliers.
