• We recommend you consult your travel-health clinic to decide given your individual health, travel profile, and itinerary. If you prefer not to take daily prophylaxis, ensure you have a clear fallback plan, including: carry prescribed rescue-medication, know the symptoms of malaria, commit to immediate medical assessment if any unexplained fever occurs within 12–35 days post-visit.
