After arriving at Johannesburg Airport, you will be welcomed by our company representative, who will accompany you to pick up your rental car.
Your trip starts with a drive to White River, where you arrive at Nut Grove Manor in the late afternoon. The rest of the day is free for you to relax after the long flight.

Today we recommend a full-day excursion to the Panorama Route. Visit the Three Rondavels, God's Window and Bourkes Luck Potholes. It is also worth making a stop at the Lisbon and Berlin Falls.

After breakfast, you leave White River and drive on to the Kruger National Park into the Klaserie Private Game Reserve, where you stay at Nthambo Tree Camp.
You arrive at the lodge in the early afternoon and take part in your first game drive in an open safari vehicle in the late afternoon. You will spend two nights at the lodge and have a total of 4 game drives in an open safari vehicle with a ranger included.

After the last early morning game drive and breakfast, drive back to Johannesburg and return the rental car.
Onwards flight to Port Elizabeth (domestic flight not included).
On arrival in Port Elizabeth, pick up your rental car again and drive to Admiralty Guesthouse, where you will spend the night. The evening is at leisure.

After breakfast, you start your trip along the Garden Route. Your first stop is the lagoon town of Knynsa. You will spend 2 nights in Knysna, and we recommend that you visit the Tsitsikamma National Park and hike across the Storms River Mouth suspension bridge. We can add a kayak excursion for an extra charge. We also recommend a visit to the Birds of Eden and Monkeyland and a boat trip on the catamaran in the Knysna Lagoon.
After breakfast you leave Knysna and continue over the Outeniqua Pass to the ostrich metropolis of Oudtshoorn. We recommend that you visit the Cango Caves and an ostrich farm.

After breakfast, you leave Oudtshoorn and drive on to Hermanus. You will spend two nights at the Whale Rock Lodge, and it is worth taking part in a whale-watching cruise. (whale season from June to November).
Take a drive through the beautiful Hemel en Aarde Valley and stop at one of the many wine estates for a wine tasting.

You leave Hermanus and drive back into our winelands. You will stay two nights on one of the popular wine estates, Rickety Bridge. Your guesthouse, Basse Provence, welcomes you.

Enjoy a lovely day tour with the famous wine tram: the Hop-on Hop-off experience, allows you to do just that – hop on and off as you like, experiencing the different activities on offer, be it wine tasting, a cellar tour, lunch or just a stroll through the vineyards. And when you’re ready, simply hop-on to continue your journey.
Alternatively , enjoy a day at Babylonstoren, one of the oldest Cape Dutch farms.

After breakfast you leave Franschhoek and continue your drive to Cape Town. You will spend 3 nights in Cape Town.
We recommend that you take part in a city tour in a red double-decker bus.
A day trip to the Cape of Good Hope, including a visit to the penguin colony at Boulders Beach, is also worthwhile. The famous V&A Waterfront invites you to dine in a lovely restaurant or enjoy just a coffee at the many coffee shops.
For museum lovers, the Zeitz MOCAA opened on September 22, 2017 as the largest museum of contemporary art from Africa and its diaspora. The museum is located in the Silo District at the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront in Cape Town
Unfortunately, it's time to say goodbye again today!
After breakfast, you drive back to the airport in Cape Town and return your rental car. You will then start your journey home.
