Itinerary Terms and Conditions
Driver Requirements:
The driver must be 25 years of age or older.
The driver must hold a valid International Driving Permit along with a valid driver’s license issued by their home country.
The vehicle will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
Driving at night is not permitted.
Payment and cancellation policy:
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance (i.e.100%) must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of your safari.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the safari start date will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Wherever possible, our company will work with you to reschedule your visit. However, if cancellation is unavoidable, we will provide the necessary documentation to support your insurance claim.
All of our clients are required to have adequate travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical evacuation or amendments.
Once bookings have been confirmed, amendments, changes or cancellations would attract cancellation fees.
Prices are subject to change if government legislation requires us to raise prices. This can sometimes happen with minimal notice.
