CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
To protect our reservation, we must provide the African tour operators with passenger counts and 25% non-refundable deposits upon booking and full payment 75 days in advance. Once final payment has been made all of the tour cost is non-refundable in the event of cancellation unless insurance coverage applies. No substitutions are allowed, and no refunds or credits will be given for individual tours not taken unless canceled by Boutique Safari. Tours operate rain or shine.
