Itinerary Terms and Conditions
In general, the following cancellation fees apply depending on the cancellation period (as a percentage of the travel price):
Up to 31 days before departure: 25%
From 30 days before departure: 45%
From the 22nd day before departure: 60%
From the 15th day before departure: 80%
From the 5th day before departure until the day of departure or in case of no-show: 95%
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which covers up to 100% of the cancellation costs in the event of an insured claim, depending on the insurance policy.
