Itinerary Terms and Conditions
- Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation and may change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed.
- A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking.
- The remaining 75% balance is payable no later than 10 days prior to the client's arrival, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Bookings are only considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received and cleared.
- The quoted rates are net and non-commissionable. Any markup or commission intended for the end client is to be added by the selling agent.
- Cancellation fees may apply depending on the date of cancellation and the cancellation policies of the relevant suppliers.
- Any additional services, upgrades or arrangements not specified in the quotation will be charged separately.
- Any changes to the confirmed itinerary or services requested by the client may result in additional charges and are subject to availability.
- Roam Africa Tours and Safaris reserves the right to make reasonable itinerary adjustments where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, including weather, road conditions, supplier changes or other unforeseen circumstances.
- By confirming the booking, the client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
