Your Namibian adventure begins with a warm welcome at Hosea Kutako International Airport, where your private guide will be waiting to meet you. Settle into your vehicle and enjoy a selection of refreshments and light snacks as you make your way to Windhoek.
At your hotel, you will meet a Roam Africa representative who will welcome you, hand over your Namibia Welcome Package, and take some time to go through the journey ahead. This is also an opportunity to ask any last-minute questions before settling into your stay.
This evening, enjoy dinner at the iconic Joe’s Beerhouse, a much-loved Windhoek restaurant offering a lively atmosphere and a taste of Namibia’s local flavors.

Meet and Greet
After breakfast, set out on a full-day exploration of Windhoek, beginning with a guided township tour of Katutura, one of the capital’s most vibrant and culturally diverse communities. Discover the area through the eyes of a local guide, gaining insight into its history, culture and everyday way of life.
The tour includes kapana tasting, introducing you to one of Namibia’s much-loved street foods, a visit to Stop & Shop, a local open market where you can experience the lively atmosphere and see everyday commerce in action, and a drive through 8de Laan, offering further insight into the community and its history.
After the morning’s cultural experience, enjoy lunch at Bossa Restaurant before continuing with a city tour of Windhoek. Visit the iconic Christuskirche, explore the city’s museums, browse the open market along Independence Avenue, and take a stroll through the peaceful Parliament Gardens.
Throughout the day, your guide will share stories and insights that connect Windhoek’s past with its present, offering a deeper understanding of Namibia’s people, heritage and evolving identity.
As the day comes to a close, enjoy dinner at Butcher Block Steakhouse at the compound of The Weinberg, providing a relaxed and refined setting to unwind and reflect on a full day of discovering Windhoek.

Morning
Afternoon
After breakfast at the hotel, depart Windhoek and begin your journey south towards the spectacular landscapes of the Namib Desert and Sossusvlei. The drive itself becomes part of the experience as the scenery gradually transforms from the city’s surroundings into vast open plains, rugged mountains and increasingly dramatic desert landscapes.
Along the way, stop at the coffee farm for a refreshing break and an opportunity to discover one of the region’s unexpected gems. Continue towards Solitaire, a small desert settlement and much-loved stop along the route, where you can explore the shop and take in the unique character of this remote outpost.
Continue to Agama Lodge for lunch before travelling further into the desert region. A stop at the shop at Namib Desert Lodge also provides an opportunity to browse locally inspired items and enjoy a short break before continuing to Sossusvlei.
Arrive at Sossusvlei Lodge, check in and settle into your desert surroundings. As evening falls, enjoy dinner at the lodge while taking in the atmosphere of the Namib Desert.

After breakfast, head out for your Sossusvlei excursion, starting at the famous Dune 45. Take in the views from this iconic dune before continuing to Big Daddy, one of the highest sand dunes in the world. From the top, make your way down towards Deadvlei, where ancient camel thorn trees stand against the white clay pan, surrounded by the striking red dunes.
After exploring Deadvlei, continue to Sesriem Canyon and take some time to walk through the canyon and see its natural rock formations.
Return to Sossusvlei Lodge for lunch and some time to relax. Later in the afternoon, head out on a sundowner drive, enjoying the changing colours of the desert as the sun begins to set.

After breakfast, depart Sossusvlei and make your way towards Walvis Bay. On arrival, enjoy lunch at 新禄阁中餐厅 restaurant, before heading to the Walvis Bay Lagoon for an afternoon of birding. Take in the beautiful coastal scenery as you look out for flamingos and other bird species that gather around the lagoon.
Later, continue your journey to Swakopmund, where you will check in at the Strand Hotel. Take some time to unwind and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this charming coastal town before heading out for dinner at The Tug Restaurant, beautifully situated along the waterfront.

After an early breakfast, head out for a full day Marine and Dune Day, beginning with a scenic catamaran cruise along the Atlantic coast before continuing to Sandwich Harbour.
Enjoy the spectacular contrast between the Namib Desert and the Atlantic Ocean as you explore the dramatic dunes and coastline.
Later, return to Swakopmund and enjoy dinner at The Tug Restaurant, beautifully situated along the waterfront.

After breakfast, depart Swakopmund and make your way towards Spitzkoppe, arriving in the morning to explore the impressive granite rock formations and surrounding desert landscape. Take some time to discover this iconic area and enjoy the striking scenery before stopping for lunch at the Spitzkoppe Rest Camp.
After lunch, continue your journey north towards Palmwag, taking in the changing landscapes of Damaraland along the way. Upon arrival, check in at Palmwag Lodge and enjoy some time to relax and settle in.
In the evening, enjoy dinner at the lodge before winding down for the night.

After an early breakfast, head out on a rhino tracking experience in the Palmwag Concession, an unforgettable opportunity to search for the area’s desert-adapted black rhino while enjoying the rugged landscapes of Damaraland.
After the activity, return to Palmwag Lodge for lunch and some time to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Spend the afternoon at leisure, taking in the natural beauty of the area or relaxing at the lodge. In the evening, enjoy dinner at the lodge before settling in for a restful night.

After breakfast, depart Palmwag and make your way towards Etosha National Park, travelling through the scenic landscapes of north-western Namibia. The drive to Etosha Safari Lodge takes approximately four hours, with time for a short comfort stop along the way. Arrive around lunchtime and enjoy lunch at the lodge before taking some time to settle in and relax.
Spend the afternoon at leisure, enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Etosha Safari Lodge and taking in the peaceful atmosphere of the area. Later in the evening, head out on a night game drive, offering a different perspective of Etosha as the sun sets and nocturnal wildlife becomes active.
Return to the lodge for dinner and a relaxing evening.

Evening
After an early breakfast, head out for a morning game drive in Etosha National Park, exploring the park’s open plains and waterholes while looking out for elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, antelope and other wildlife.
Return to the lodge for lunch and some time to relax before heading out again in the afternoon for a second game drive, continuing your exploration of Etosha and taking advantage of the changing light as the afternoon progresses.
Return to the lodge after the game drive and enjoy dinner before settling in for a relaxing evening surrounded by the beauty of Etosha.

Morning
Afternoon
After an early breakfast, depart Etosha Safari Lodge and make your way towards Otjiwarongo. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch at Rustic Spoon Urban Eatery before continuing to the Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF). If arrival time allows, enjoy the afternoon cheetah feeding, followed by a guided CCF tour, where you will learn more about cheetah conservation and see the centre's resident cheetahs.
Please note that the cheetah feeding is time dependent and will only be possible if you arrive at CCF in time for the scheduled feeding.
After the visit, continue your journey to Windhoek. Upon arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to freshen up before heading out for dinner at Cape Town Fish Market.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and meet your driver for your scheduled transfer to Hosea Kutako International Airport. The transfer will be arranged according to your flight departure time, allowing sufficient time to reach the airport for check-in and departure formalities.
