- The daily itinerary is meant as a guideline only and is subject to change.
- This quotation is an estimate only and subject to change without prior notice due to accommodation and airfare availability, airfare increases and currency fluctuations.
- Some elements of your travel plan are priced dynamically, as such we recommend confirming as soon as you can.
- Some hotel rates may need to be re-quoted at the time of booking and any change in price applied as it is an instant purchase rate.
- Before confirming services, we require our terms & conditions document to be signed and returned to us together with a completed booking form.
- Our preferred method of payment is by international bank transfer and our banking details are shown on the invoice we generate. We do accept credit card payments and a 3.2% processing fee is applicable to all ground services. This 3.2% is not levied on flight invoices.
- Full payment and a signed booking form will be required before we issue documents, documents are generally prepared 1 month prior to arrival.
