CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
To protect our reservation, we must provide the Tanzanian tour operator with passenger counts and 25% non-refundable deposits upon booking and full payment 75 days in advance. Once final payment has been made all of the tour cost is non-refundable in the event of cancellation unless insurance coverage applies. No substitutions are allowed, ad no refunds or credits will be given for individuals tours not taken, unless cancelled by Boutique Safari. Tours operate rain or shine.
*** Starting the 01st of October 2024, travelers to Zanzibar must purchase a MANDATORY travel insurance issued by the Zanzibar Insurance Corporation. The cover is valid for up to 92 days and is a MANDATORY immigration requirement for entry into Zanzibar. Click HERE for more details.***
Kindly note that infrastructure tax of USD $ 5.00 per person per day including children that was introduced by the Zanzibar government is payable at the resort directly by guests.
