Itinerary Terms and Conditions
For groups with 6 people and below
31 days + prior to arrival 10% of the deposit amount paid (only applies where refunds need to be issued)
30 to 22 days prior to arrival, 25% of the invoiced amount,
21 to 16 days prior to arrival, 50% of the invoiced amount
15 to 8 days prior to arrival, 75% of the invoiced amount,
7 to 0 days prior to arrival, 90% of the invoiced amount
For groups with7 people and more
61 days + prior to arrival 10% of the deposit amount paid (only applies where refunds need to be issued)
60 to 22 days prior to arrival, 25% of the invoiced amount,
21 to 16 days prior to arrival, 50% of the invoiced amount, 15 to 8 days prior to
arrival, 75% of the invoiced amount, 7 to 0 days prior to arrival, 90% of the invoiced amount
Block Bookings
Block-bookings will be considered on special requests, however the following terms and conditions apply:
• Provisional rooming list and room allocation to be supplied 120 days prior to arrival by the operator holding the rooms,
• Preliminary rooming list and room allocation to be supplied 90 days prior to arrival by the operator holding the rooms,
• Final numbers and room lists must be supplied by the operator holding the rooms, 60 days prior to arrival – from 60 days prior to arrival our cancellation policy will apply.
The best policy for both parties involved is to keep ResDest.com updated at all times – as you receive your rooming lists, send it through to us to avoid unnecessary follow up’s and room release requests.
Should the Lodge or Reservation Destination have a confirmed reservation request, we will request that you reduce the number of rooms blocked or that you secure a minimum 25% deposit to confirm your group booking. Failure to respond to our request within 48hrs may result in the cancellation of your booking.
If any or all rooms get cancelled at any point up to 22 days prior to arrival the non-refundable deposit amount paid does cover the cancellation fees, if i5% off the full amount invoiced has been paid.
From 21 days onward please see cancellation policy stated above.

The Elegant Desert Camp
FIT Cancellation Policy and cancellation of individual guests on a group.
30 - 16 days before arrival – 50% cancellation fees apply
15 – 8 days before arrival - 75% cancellation fees apply
7 – 0 days before arrival – 100% cancellation fees apply
NOW SHOW with-out cancellation – 100% cancellation fees apply.
Group Cancellation Policy – if more than 50% of the group is cancelled:
59 – 31 days before arrival – 30% cancellation fees apply
30 – 16 days before arrival - 60% cancellation fees apply
15 – 8 days before arrival – 80% cancellation fees apply
7 – 0 days before arrival – 100% cancellation fees apply
NOW SHOW with-out cancellation – 100% cancellation fees apply.
For any bookings made less than 30 days before arrival the normal cancellation terms do not apply, except for no shows, which will incur a 100% cancellation penalty. These bookings will be held provisionally for 3 days and will be released unless confirmed. Confirmed bookings within the 30 day before arrival period which are held for longer than 10 days and which release are subject to a 20% handling fee to cover the risk of other forfeited potential bookings.

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
Cancellation from time of confirmation till 29 days before arrival: 10%
28 - 22 days prior to arrival : 25%
21 - 15 days prior to arrival: 50%

07 - 01 days prior to arrival: 90%
less than 24 hours or non-show: 100%

Namutoni Camp
The following cancellation/modification policy will apply:
The parties agree that all cancellations or alterations to bookings shall be done in writing only.
Any modification/amendment/alteration to an existing confirmed booking itinerary resulting in the value of the revised booking
being less than the original booking will constitute a cancellation.
The cancellation policy will apply to that portion of the value by which the booking has been adjusted. Any modification to an
existing booking's date will constitute a cancellation followed by a new booking.
In the event of any cancellation within the periods provided for hereunder (given as days prior to arrival), NWR may charge the
following penalty:
30 days and more prior to arrival date, no cancellation fees is payable – provided that any non-refundable/non-transferrable
deposit will be forfeited;
22 – 28 days before arrival - 20% of the full payment will be forfeited;
15 – 21 days before arrival – 30% of the full payment will be forfeited
8 -14 days before arrival – 50% of the full payment will be forfeited
4 – 7 days before arrival – 75% of the full payment will be forfeited
3 or less days before arrival – 90% of the full payment will be forfeited
No shows – 100% of the full payment will be forfeited
A 24 hours release period without attracting cancellation fee is allowed for reservations made within the 7 day to arrival period.
Otjiwa Lodge Namibia
For groups with7 people and more

Confirmed reservations made and cancelled within the cancellation period will be charged according to the cancellation policy. Should you cancel a booking we will acknowledge it in writing. Please ensure that your cancellation has been processed and that you have received written confirmation that it is cancelled.
