Cancellation policy:
Cancellations 90-30 days before commencement of services: 25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 29-14 days before commencement of services: 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 13-8 days before commencement of services: 75% cancellation fee.
Cancellations 7-0 days before commencement of services: 100% cancellation fee.
All confirmed bookings will automatically incur a 10% admin fee.

Beyond Africa Safaris Terms and Conditions
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellations from confirmation date to 61 days prior to arrival: 30% will be held as cancellation fee.
- Cancellations from 60 to 31 days prior to arrival: 50% will be held as cancellation fee.
- Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% will be held as cancellation fee.
