South Africa have brought in new luggage regulations, bags must have at least one flat side and no long straps. Please ensure these adhere to the below regulations for charter flights if your itinerary includes charter flights.
**Please note**
For all flights, there is total luggage allowance of 20kgs per person in soft bags only. Any persons with a body weight of over 100kgs may be required to pay for 2 seats.
Families travelling with children under the age of 18 please check on any requirements pertaining to the country you are travelling to with regards to travelling with birth certificates or letters of consent.
Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Terms and conditions may be subject to change.
Please note that it is your responsibility to:
- Ensure that each traveler (including children and infants) holds a machine readable passport with enough blank pages for your trip and at least 6 months validity remaining after your journey completion date.
- Ensure that you have any necessary visas for countries to be visited and transited through
- Check airline websites before each leg of your trip, to make sure that your flight hasn't been subject to any schedule changes.
- Be aware of the need for appropriate travel insurance to be in place at the same time as you pay the balance on your booking.
- Understand all amendment and cancellation charges before you make a booking
Payment terms:
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.
- We require a deposit in order to confirm your booking, this amount will vary depending on time to travel and other factors, we will indicate the deposit amount due.
- The full amount will be due 60 days prior to travel.
- For all international clients payment must be made into our specified account from an external account or by credit card. Please be aware that any necessary bank or credit card fees are to be covered in full by you, these are in addition to the amount owed to and invoiced by us.
- All quotes are subject to change without notice.
- Availability is subject to change prior to confirmation.
Insurance:
We recommend that you do purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of paying a deposit. The policy should provide cover for loss of deposit, cancellation and additional expenses, medical expenses and repatriation and loss or damage to baggage and valuables. You are responsible for making any special or increased insurance arrangements which you deem are necessary.
General:
Should issues arise during your booking due to flight delays, weather, illness or personal oversight please be aware we will do our best to assist however any cancellation or additional fees will need to be covered by you.
The Company cannot accept responsibility and no credit or refunds will be given if you fail to take up any component of your holiday. No credit or refunds will be given for lost, mislaid or destroyed travel documents.
Most people go on holiday for rest and relaxation, so if in our reasonable opinion or that of any hotel manager, tour leader or other person in authority, your behavior is causing danger, damage to property or persistently affecting the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to terminate your holiday. Should this happen no refund or compensation would be paid.
Cancellation terms:
We will be held to each property or supplier's individual cancellation policies but below is a guideline.
- Deposit is non refundable
- Cancellation 30 - 59 days prior to travel - 50% is withheld.
- Cancellation 29 days or less - 100% is withheld.
