Itinerary Terms and Conditions
Guests need to arrive in Windhoek no later than 07:00 on the day of departure (we recommend that guests overnight in Windhoek before the start of the safari). If guests arrive after this time, they will need to be air transferred to their first camp, at an additional charge. The Exploration ends in Windhoek on the last day at approximately 13:00.
This Exploration is limited to a 20 kg (44 lb) luggage allowance (in soft bags only with no wheels or frame) per person. This is applicable to both check-in and carry-on (handbag, backpack, camera equipment, sleep apnea machine, etc.). Wheels on a bag are only permissible if they are not part of a solid frame or rigid structure. A collapsible wheeled luggage frame/trolley (separate to the bag) is allowed, as long as the basic dimensions are similar to that of the bag.
