WHAT TO EXPECT

This journey involves full but well-paced days in the outdoors, with early starts for wildlife viewing and flexible walking options on uneven terrain. Travelers should be comfortable getting in and out of vehicles frequently, navigating gravel paths, and walking at a relaxed pace for short distances (generally 0.5–2 miles at a time). Several days include scenic drives of 2–3 hours, and the itinerary features two domestic flights where you’ll handle your own carry-on baggage and walk through small regional airports. Inside Torres del Paine, many roads are gravel and may feel bumpy at times, with frequent stops for wildlife sightings. Guests who can manage gentle walking, stand for short periods, and handle their own belongings should feel well supported. This program is designed for curious, engaged travelers who enjoy spending time outdoors, with expert guides ensuring the experience remains accessible, comfortable, and rewarding.
