1. All packages are based strictly on full pre-payment 60 days in advance, with a 30% deposit required on confirmation
2. A copy of each guest's passport will be required in order to confirm the flight reservations

5. There are limited seats available on the packages
6. Only soft-sided bags are allowed (bags available for purchase at Federal Air kiosk, and your hard suitcase can be stored for free)
7. Flights are subject to weather conditions and flight schedules on the day of departure as per Federal Air Terms & Conditions

Flight Notes:

• Check-in for departure flights from Johannesburg from 07h00
• The latest check-in time at Federal Air is one hour prior to departure 
• Departure times may vary to accommodate guests on connecting flights of up to one hour
• For guests connecting onto domestic flights we recommend they allow a minimum of two hours from the above arrival times
• For guests connecting onto international flights we recommend they allow a minimum of three hours from the above arrival times
• Departure and arrival times may vary up to one hour

Baggage Limitations:

• Luggage is restricted to 20kg’s (44lbs) per person in soft baggage only - luggage/duffel bags with one flat side will be allowed (all sides) with no rigid sides – Height: 40cm (16 inches), Width: 30cm (12 inches), Length: 60cm (24 inches) maximum
• One piece of hand luggage (soft piece with one flat side only) is allowed to a maximum of 5kg (11lbs).
