GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When confirming a booking, the customer undertakes to pay a deposit of 30% of the invoice amount at the time of confirmation, and 70% 40 days before departure.
In the event of cancellation after confirmation, the deposit paid will be retained by the company as a cancellation fee according to the following scale:
- More than 45 days before arrival: 15% of the tour price will be retained.
- 44 - 21 days prior to departure: 30% of the tour price will be retained.
- 20 - 08 days before departure: 50 to 60% of the tour price will be retained.
- 07 - 03 days before departure: 75% of the tour price will be retained.
- 1 day before departure: 90% of the tour price will be retained.
- On the day of departure and in case of no-show: 100% of the tour price will be retained.
