GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

When confirming a booking, the customer undertakes to pay a deposit of 30% of the invoice amount at the time of confirmation, and 70% 40 days before departure.

In the event of cancellation after confirmation, the deposit paid will be retained by the company as a cancellation fee according to the following scale:

• More than 45 days before arrival: 15% of the tour price will be retained.
• 44 - 21 days prior to departure: 30% of the tour price will be retained.
• 20 - 08 days before departure: 50 to 60% of the tour price will be retained.
• 07 - 03 days before departure: 75% of the tour price will be retained.
• 1 day before departure: 90% of the tour price will be retained.
• On the day of departure and in case of no-show: 100% of the tour price will be retained.

Includes:

• Half-board accommodation in upper-range hotels for the entire trip
• Picnic lunch during visit to Isalo National Park 
• The services of a tour guide for the entire trip, including domestic flights 
• Bus with driver for all transfers and road stages
• Driver's meals and accommodation
• Vehicle fuel
• Excursions, visits and guide fees as mentioned in the program
