Canada - Pine Island Lodge 2020 Special

Thanks for choosing Trek Safaris as your agent to assist you in arranging your summer fishing trip at the Pine Island Lodge in Manitoba. Your trip begins upon upon your arrival into Winnipeg where lodge owner Brian Burgess or a member of his staff will meet you and provide the transfer to the Pine Island Lodge, first by car, final leg by boat down the Winnipeg River. After getting situated in your cabin, Brian will chat with you about the routines for the next three days of fishing.

Pine Island Lodge has long been known for the warm hospitality of hosts Brian and Barbara Burgess and the outstanding knowledge and friendly service of their guides and staff. You may arrive as a client but you will leave as a friend, just cannot be helped.

Pine Island Lodges 4-star cabins are secluded, yet close to the main lodge where you’ll find our riverfront dining room and lounge area. Each cabin can accommodate groups of 2 to 8 guests (with twin and single beds in private rooms), to a total capacity of 40 guests. Most have a river view and all are fully modern, equipped with hot and cold running water, showers (with good water pressure), flush toilets, electric lighting and propane furnaces. Our cabins are simple but clean, homey, and designed with relaxation in mind. Screened porches and river view decks provide a space to relax with a coffee in the morning or to gather after a day of fishing.

We use roomy 17- and 18- foot Lund outfitters and Pro V complete with 50 to 90 hp 4 stroke engines. Each boat is equipped with swivel seats, beverage cooler, landing net, boat cushions, and a professional guide per two anglers. Our guides are excellent boat handlers and will ensure a safe and unforgettable trip, so, relax and enjoy the ride.
