(*) Rate on the basis of overnight stays in DOUBLE rooms and subject to not modification of the prices of the providers (hotels, fuel, Air Madagascar), currency fluctuations between the Euro and the Ariary and of the availability of the mentioned hotel establishments.

GENERAL TERMS 

Upon acceptance of the tour, the client agrees to pay a deposit of 30%  of the invoice amount at the time of confirmation and 70%,  30  days prior to departure.

In case of cancellation after confirmation, the paid deposit will be retained by the company as cancellation fee in accordance with the following scale:

• More than 30 days before arrival:  15%  of the price of the tour  will be retained
• 30 - 21 days before departure:        30%  of the price of the tour  will be retained.
• 20 - 08 days before departure:    50% of the price of the Tour  will be retained
• 07 - 03  days before departure:    75% of the price of the tour  will be retained
• 1 day  before departure:              90% of the price of the tour    will be retained
• Day of departure and in case of no show: 100% of the price of the tour is retained.

Includes:

• Half-board accommodation throughout the trip
• Lunches on D5 and D6
• Vehicle with English-speaking driver for all transfers and road stages.
• Driver's meals and accommodation
• Vehicle fuel
• Boat transfer from Diego to the Emerald Sea and from Ankify to Nosy Be
• Excursions, visits and guide fees as mentioned in the program.
• Domestic flight Tana - Diego 

Excludes:

• Lunches throughout the trip except on D5 and D6
• Activities proposed by hotels
• Services of a national tour guide
• Extras, capped drinks and tips
• Health and repatriation insurance
• Visa on arrival
• International flights
