Important Notes

• Visas are not required for US Citizens to enter South Africa
• Passports must be valid for 6 months from the date of departure from Africa and must have at least 2 adjacent blank pages in the visa section per country.
• Currency: USD is accepted for gratuities, as long as the notes/bills are newer than 2016 and are in good condition. For smaller purchases, local currency is recommended.
• Anti-Malaria medication is recommended - or at the very least, diligent use of mosquito repellent.
• Travel Insurance - Emergency medical evacuation insurance is obligatory – please let us know if we can provide quotations or information. Insurance to cover the cost of your trip is recommended.

Terms & Conditions

• Please be aware of the cancellation terms & conditions as indicated in the Travel Participation Agreement.
• In order to confirm your trip, we will require a completed Travel Reservation & Information form and Travel Participation Agreement for each traveller.
• A 25% non-refundable deposit is due to confirm your booking.
• Payment of final balance is due 60-90 days prior to travel dates, as required by our partners in Africa.
