Our private tours are slightly different to our set departure tours.

As long as there is a minimum of 4 guests, we can run the tour around YOUR preferred dates.

Our private tour will take a maximum of 8 guests in the touring vehicles we use, and you are not fixed into a set date. 

Our private tours EXCLUDE international flights and we will find you the best deal on your dates for international flights and then add it to the land arrangements package.

NOTE: NAMIBIAN ADVANCED BOOKING ADVICE - 

Ideally we need 4-6 months lead time in low and shoulder season( November to Mar/ April to June),

and 9-10 months lead time in peak season (July to October), where availability of accommodation is often very limited

and often booked almost a year in advance. 

We always say, if you are planning a journey to Namibia, DONT plan it last minute, you will be disappointed.

Your journey begins in Windhoek and takes you north to Otjiwa and Etosha National Park, one of Africa’s greatest wildlife reserves. You’ll enjoy thrilling game drives in search of elephants, lions, giraffes, and even rare black rhinos. At King Nehale Lodge, located near the remote Andoni Gate of Etosha, you’ll also experience a private waterhole visit – a truly intimate wildlife moment.

From Etosha, continue west through Damaraland, home to desert-adapted elephants, ancient rock engravings, and wide-open desert landscapes. Spend two nights exploring the region’s raw beauty before heading south to Swakopmund, a charming coastal town blending German colonial architecture with adventure and ocean air.

The journey ends in the iconic Namib Desert, where you’ll stay at the award-winning Sossusvlei Lodge. Here, explore the towering red dunes at sunrise, visit Deadvlei’s stark beauty, and enjoy guided nature drives or simply unwind beneath Namibia’s starlit skies.
