All itineraries are custom designed to meet the travelers interests and preferences. Tour prices are available on request.

A planning fee will be charged for initial itinerary prepared after one hour free consult. The planning fee will be applied to the final tour payment.

Includes:

• Meet, Greet and airport transfers by local guides
• Accommodation at the hotels, game lodges, mobile or rest camps specified in the itinerary, on the basis of two persons sharing a twin-bedded room with en suite bathroom, or shower.
• Meals as indicated in the itinerary for each day, either table d’hôte or buffet.
• Transportation by 4X4 specially designed safari vehicle, or by air-conditioned vehicle with qualified driver, for all journeys specified in the itinerary.
• Entrance fees where applicable, for all sightseeing excursions as specified
• English Speaking tour guides
• Hotel and local tourism taxes, park Fees  and VAT, Conservation Fees

Excludes:

• International airfare or airport taxes, quoted separately
• Local & Regional Flights Cape Town - Skukuza and Nelspruit (Mpumalanga) to Victoria Falls 
• Airport departure taxes  if applicable, excess baggage fees.
• Items of a personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, etc.
• Gratuities to tour guides, drivers and restaurant staff for services rendered.
• All items of a personal nature (i.e. beverages, phone calls, internet, laundry etc.) unless specifically listed above
• Anything not specifically listed in the “Trip includes” section
• Travelers insurance and cancellation protection, highly recommended
• Passports and visas (  KazaUnivsa for  Zambia  Zimbabwe $ 50 )
