Payment Terms:

  • Early Bird Discount Validity: Rooms on this set departure are limited. The early bird discount is valid until 1 December 2025.

  • *1st Deposit: A 25% deposit is required within 7 days of booking to secure the early bird special.

  • 2nd Deposit: A further 25% deposit is due no later than 1 March 2026.

  • Final balance: Due 60 days before travel (01 May 2026).

Package Terms:

  • Minimum of 4 people required for guaranteed departure.

  • Maximum group size is 8 people.

  • Should any lodge or hotel become unavailable, guests will be accommodated at an alternative property of equal or comparable standard.

Peak Safari Season Cancellation Terms:

  • A 20% cancellation/administration fee (calculated on the total trip cost) is non-refundable, as this departure falls within peak safari season.

  • Guests are required to take out comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation, curtailment, and medical costs.
