Set out for the majestic Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve, where you’ll explore the rugged coastline and enjoy sweeping vistas from the Cape Point lighthouse. Midday, enjoy a kosher picnic lunch amidst the spectacular scenery. After lunch, visit Boulders Beach to encounter the charming African penguin colony up close, a delightful highlight for nature enthusiasts. The tour also features a ride on the funicular, providing elevated views of the dramatic cliffs and surrounding ocean. On your return journey, enjoy the breathtaking Chapman’s Peak Drive, with its iconic cliffside vistas and photo opportunities, before arriving back at your hotel in Bantry Bay.

The first stop is the South African Jewish Museum, where you will spend time exploring the rich heritage of Jewish life in South Africa. From there, your guide will take you to the foot of Table Mountain, where you will ascend by cable car (weather permitting) to enjoy the sweeping views over Cape Town, Robben Island, and the Cape Peninsula. After descending, the tour continues to the magnificent Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you will enjoy a relaxing kosher picnic lunch surrounded by the natural beauty of indigenous plants and the dramatic backdrop of Table Mountain. Following your time in the gardens, there will be an opportunity to visit an additional museum. Return to your hotel between 15h00 and 16h00, allowing enough time to prepare for Shabbat.

Full day at leisure, Shabbat. Your hotel is located approximately a 20–30 minute walk from the nearest shul. Hotel staff will be happy to accompany you to and from the shul.
After breakfast, you will have a private transfer to Cape Town Airport for your flight to Hoedspruit, where your safari adventure begins!

Upon arrival in Hoedspruit, you will be transferred to your lodge, located within a 40-minute drive from the airport. After settling in, you will enjoy lunch before embarking on your first safari activity. Arrive back at the lodge, freshen up and enjoy dinner under the African skies.
Your stay at Kusudalweni Lodge includes 2 half-day or a full-day safari activity. Please note that Kusudalweni is located just outside the Kruger National Park, ensuring peace and privacy at the lodge. For your safaris, you’ll be comfortably transferred in a quantum to the nearby reserve gates, where your adventure begins in open safari vehicles led by expert guides.

Enjoy your final morning game drive, followed by breakfast. Check out of your rooms by 10h00 and enjoy the lodge amenities. Your driver will meet you at the reception at 12h00 for your transfer to Hoedspruit Airport, where you’ll continue your journey with a flight to Johannesburg.
