Kia Ora!  Nau mai haere mai ki Aotearoa / Hello!  Welcome to our place, New Zealand.  While touring through our country, you’ll learn quite a bit about the history, the culture, the land and the language through a range of experiences throughout the islands.  We have three official languages - English, Te Reo Māori and New Zealand Sign Language.  Te Reo Māori is currently going through a significant revival and seen through initiatives such as Te Wiki o te reo Māori / Māori Language Week, Te Reo signs for many or New Zealand’s cities & landmarks.  A great way to embrace the culture is to learn basic greetings.
