- Any new government taxes, park fees, levies, fuel, or industry increases that are beyond our knowledge or control.

Important Notes
- Visas are required and may be obtained on arrival for (approximately) $40 per person
- Passports must be valid for 6 months from the date of departure from Africa and must have at least 3 adjacent blank pages in the visa section.
- Currency: Local currency and EUR are widely accepted. USD may be accepted in some places, but not as frequently.
- Anti-Malaria medication is recommended - or at the very least, diligent use of mosquito repellent.
- Travel Insurance - Emergency medical evacuation insurance is obligatory – please let us know if we can provide quotations or information. Insurance to cover the cost of your trip is recommended.
- Luggage weight on Light Aircraft Flights is not to exceed (total, per person) 15 kg (33 lbs) in East Africa. Only soft bags will be accepted – no frames or rigid structures. Wheels are permitted only if not part of a solid frame or rigid structure. Maximum dimensions are 10 in x 12 in x 24 in.
- Yellow Fever certificates are required if coming from a country with Yellow Fever present.
Terms & Conditions
- Please be aware of the cancellation terms & conditions as indicated in the Travel Participation Agreement.
- In order to confirm your trip, we will require a completed Travel Reservation & Information form and Travel Participation Agreement for each traveller.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is due to confirm your booking.
- Payment of final balance is due 60-90 days prior to travel dates, as required by our partners in Africa.
