GENERAL TERMS
Upon acceptance of the tour, the client agrees to pay a deposit of 30% of the invoice amount at the time of confirmation and 70%, 30 days prior to departure.
In case of cancellation after confirmation, the paid deposit will be retained by the company as cancellation fee in accordance with the following scale:
- More than 30 days before arrival: 15% of the price of the tour will be retained
- 30 - 21 days before departure: 30% of the price of the tour will be retained.
- 20 - 08 days before departure: 50% of the price of the Tour will be retained
- 07 - 03 days before departure: 75% of the price of the tour will be retained
- 1 day before departure: 90% of the price of the tour will be retained
- Day of departure and in case of no show: 100% of the price of the tour is retained.
